Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide excellent service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation, to ensure that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on our food service operations to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
