We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Arrivals Canada Immigration Consultancy Incorporated. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
