About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at KPK ACCOUNTING SERVICES. As a Bookkeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
