Job Summary

Thakkar's Accounting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to obtain financial information and provide financial reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
