We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Concierge to join our team at Aspira Royale Place Retirement Living. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a diplomatic and timely manner.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide mini tours of our community, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Offer clerical and computer support to management as needed, maintaining accurate records and performing cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our community.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario applicants) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia applicants).
- Additional applied courses in office administration.
