Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Movie Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes greeting and engaging with guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, including greeting and engaging with them, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including popcorn, snacks, and other concession items, while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and tidying up the theatre.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations for movies and concessions.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Responsibility: Must be a responsible team player who is willing to take the lead and encourage others.
  • Adaptability: Must be adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment, embracing new opportunities and tasks, and rolling with plot twists.
  • Commitment: Must be committed to providing an excellent guest experience by creating genuine connections and demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
