Concierge Role Summary
The Concierge is a vital position within our community, playing a significant role in enhancing the lives of our residents and fostering meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident and visitor inquiries in a diplomatic manner, utilizing problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
- Promote excellent customer service in all interactions with visitors, families, residents, and team members.
- Greet visitors and ensure their needs are addressed in a pleasant and unhurried fashion, conducting mini tours as needed.
- Provide clerical and computer support to managers as requested.
- Complete required records for cash transactions related to guest and team member meal vouchers/tickets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completion of grade 12 education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check (applicable to Ontario applicants) and a Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).
Bonus Points:
- Additional applied courses, such as office administration.
