Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and maximizing profits.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
