As a Business Development Director on our Western Canada team, you'll have the opportunity to build our presence in the Public Sector and Health market, driving growth and revenue opportunities.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our efforts in growing our Public Sector and Health business. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Growing our Slalom presence in the B.C. and Western Canada Public Sector and Health market through generating, shaping, and capturing leads in key accounts for all Slalom capabilities and solutions.
  • Generating new revenue opportunities for Slalom.
  • Being responsible for sales targets annually, with incremental growth in outyears.
  • Building strong relationships with some of our clients' most senior executives.
  • Leveraging client relationships to shape and respond to key account RFxs (RFPs/RFQs, etc.).
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on Public Sector and Health.
  • Experience across multiple facets of the business development lifecycle, including account planning, capture, solutioning, win theme identification, proposal development, and execution.
  • A proven track record of understanding buying patterns and selling to Public Sector and Health accounts.
  • A deep passion for identifying and delivering outcomes in these sectors.
  • Active and transferable relationships and a book of business in the industry.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • An estimated base salary range of $106k to $138k, depending on experience.
  • A discretionary quarterly bonus of up to 31% and annual discretionary bonus of up to 31% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
  • The potential for an Accelerator Bonus upon exceeding annual revenue quota.
