Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, provide regular updates to management, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English
Working Conditions
