About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our spa facilities, including specialty and difficult items.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Supply Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Training
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervision and Scheduling
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff.
Requirements
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced spa environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours
    • Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
