Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Lola Confectionary. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including sales associates, sales floor coordinators, and inventory specialists.
  • Store Operations: Assign tasks and duties to sales workers to ensure efficient store operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs, including providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling and payroll administration, including processing sales transactions, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions, including identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment
  • Air-conditioned store environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
