Job Title: Senior Collision Repair Estimator

Job Description:
At MasterTech, we're seeking a skilled Senior Collision Repair Estimator to lead our facilities in Maple Ridge and Langley, BC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing automotive estimating, fostering collaborative teamwork, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and tools
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent client service and support

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $70,000 - $80,000/year, plus monthly bonuses
  • Extended health benefits: Health, Dental, Vision
  • RRSP
  • Allowance for professional development or certified training

Schedule and Requirements:
  • Day shift; Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • Flexibility to accommodate overtime and infrequent travel within the province
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Proficient user of estimating software: Mitchell Connect or Audatex
  • Outstanding administration, logistical, and organizational skills

Qualifications:
  • Assist the shop manager and provide administrative support
  • Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex
  • Provide customer service, manage clients' inquiries, and resolve complaints
  • Ensure quality control and perform follow-ups as necessary
  • Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage staff schedules, maintain employee attendance records
  • Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Monitor cash and cheque transactions
  • Prepare reports and provide statistical information
  • Current Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean Abstract
