Medical Laboratory Technologist

Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join their team.
Key qualifications include:
- Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
- Current registration or eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Technologist with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario.
- Minimum two years' experience in a medical laboratory is preferred.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, specifically with Cerner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and fulfill 12-hour shifts.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Additional requirements include:
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing hours based on Laboratory Services needs.
