The Downtown East Toronto Ontario Health Team (DET OHT) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Advisor to lead the successful management, execution, and completion of two strategic projects: advancing mental health and addictions integrated pathways and piloting race-based data collection project at the DET OHT.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive and integrated system of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Working Group to develop and implement annual work and project plans.
  • Conduct environmental scans to inform scope of work.
  • Conduct research to inform deliverables.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis as needed.
  • Use project management principles and tools to ensure project success.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate any risks to deliverables.
  • Work with operations team to ensure project alignment with other DET OHT projects.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate progress.
  • Ensure strong relationships among project partners.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field; Master of Public Health or Health Administration is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrated leadership and management of complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design thinking principles and lean methodology is an asset.
  • Certification in Project Management Principles is an asset.
