About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager Agriculture to join our Commercial Banking team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and establishing lasting business relationships with the agribusiness community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sustained growth in the agriculture sector.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client portfolios to identify opportunities for advisory services and tailored solutions.
  • Build trust-based relationships with colleagues and collaborate with the team to meet the needs of agribusiness clients.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in various production sectors.
  • Participate in targeted visibility activities to expand your network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain the quality of the loan and deposit portfolio.
About the Team

You will join a team of professionals specialized in the agriculture industry, working closely with experts to deliver tailored solutions to our clients. As a Senior Account Manager Agriculture, you will report to the agricultural vice-president and manage a customer portfolio covering the same region.

Requirements
  • University certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field or master's degree in a related field combined with relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Experience in business development and client portfolio management.
  • Credit and banking industry experience.
