Strategic Organizational Development Leader

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic goals
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in human resources and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
