Strategic Organizational Development Leader

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, driving strategic growth and development.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of organizational goals.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and leadership development.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of organizational goals and objectives.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
