Strategic Organizational Development Leader

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. As a team player, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Computer and Technology SkillsYou should have proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines. You must be able to work effectively in a large workload and maintain attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityWe are looking for an individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and a strong team player mindset. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
