Job Title: Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry services, including linen distribution, storage, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the distribution of linen to various healthcare facilities and non-healthcare customers.
  • Manage the inventory and budget for purchase, cleaning, and replacement of linen.
  • Ensure compliance with CSA standards for linen distribution, storage, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement efficient laundry processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in linen distribution or supply chain management.
  • High school education, Manitoba standards.
  • Valid Manitoba driver's license.
  • Certified Linen and Laundry Manager Designation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in business software, including LinenMaster and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
