Job Title: Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of linen and laundry services to various healthcare facilities across the region. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the distribution of linen and laundry services to healthcare facilities
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, supply chain disruptions, and other operational issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in business software, including LinenMaster and SAP
  • Valid Manitoba driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Linen and Laundry Manager Designation
  • Experience with laundry processes, procedures, and linen tracking systems
