Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at 10100432 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective methods to meet project deadlines and schedules.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret and analyze blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide guidance and recommendations on personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Direct and supervise construction workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: Provide training and development opportunities to construction workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work site environment is dusty, and the candidate must be able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The candidate must be able to work in a dusty environment and wear steel-toed safety boots.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
