About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Door Attendant to join our team at Parkland Ancaster. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completes security rounds of the campus at a minimum of once per shift
  • Greets residents as they enter the campus
  • Greets visitors as they enter the campus and assists them accordingly
  • Ensures all visitors understand sign in and sign out procedures
  • Responds to resident requests for technology assistance
  • Responds to resident requests for assistance in their suite
  • Responds to requests for assistance from all operational departments
  • Delivers resident packages to suites
  • Transports clients to appointments or outings as per the transportation schedule
  • Ensures all clients traveling in any Parkland vehicle are safely belted and comply with Shannex Safety Policies
  • Maintains vehicles in peak operating condition and carries out all prescribed routine maintenance functions while maintaining accurate maintenance log records
  • Keeps all vehicles used for client transportation services well maintained and clean at all times

About You

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and visitors. If you have a clean driving record, a Class 4 driver's license, and current standard First Aid & CPR certification, we encourage you to apply.
