Job Summary:

VIP Concierge Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VIP Concierge Host to join our team at Live Nation Canada, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring their every need is met, and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure a personalized and memorable experience
  • Assist in the sales and execution of VIP spaces, including event planning and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on venue and event details to provide guests with the most accurate and relevant information
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a VIP or concierge role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using technology, including reservation systems and other software applications

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand and walk throughout the day, and occasionally move about the venue to access various areas. The successful candidate will also be required to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and work in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
