Job Title: Transportation Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Administrator to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Ajax, ON. As a key member of our transportation division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all paperwork related to driver time sheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and identifying any discrepancies or additional charges through thorough paperwork and systems validation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of driver time sheets and related paperwork.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in paperwork and systems validation.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for creating carrier invoicing templates and reviewing corrections.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry and administrative roles within the transportation industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in paperwork and systems validation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $23.00/hour + 4% vacation pay.
