Job Title: Transportation Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Administrator to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Ajax, ON. As a key member of our transportation division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all paperwork related to driver time sheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and identifying any discrepancies or additional charges through thorough paperwork and systems validation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process driver time sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assess workflow accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and process carrier invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry and administrative roles within the transportation industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $23.00/hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
