Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Provide technical advice and guidance
* Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Knowledge of computer hardware and software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
