Job Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to fill the role of Restaurant Counter Staff Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items according to restaurant standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and workstations, as well as maintain a tidy dining area.
Requirements
  • Education: No formal education or certification required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Experience: We offer on-the-job training for those new to the industry, so prior experience is not necessary.
Benefits
  • Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Overtime Opportunities: Eligible employees can earn up to 20% additional income through overtime shifts.

Work Environment
