We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Operations Manager - Food Service to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our food service operations.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in hospitality management. You will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and paid time off.
Working ConditionsThis role requires flexibility, as you will be working varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
