Executive Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff training, light administration, and active floor supervision during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and management alike.
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine.
- Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics, and take every opportunity to promote the venue.
- Communicate the vision to all team members and lead by example. Reinforce the Gulfstream and Four Points by Sheraton values daily, and inspire the team with an exciting vision for the future.
- Use conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory.
- Conduct briefings with service staff prior to each service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity.
- Participate or be aware of the Health & Safety Committee, ensuring that the Occupational Health & Safety Act and WSIB procedures are being followed.
- Ensure facility is well maintained, repaired, and spotless at all times.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Additional duties as assigned or required.
- A minimum of 2 years' supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Extreme organization in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
