Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service to our customers.
