Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of customer orders and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. You will also be responsible for recording, processing, and responding to all customer requests and concerns.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries
  • Recording and processing customer requests and concerns
  • Running daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders
  • Liaising with supply chain members to ensure smooth order execution
  • Building relationships with customers to set them up for continued success
