Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager - Aftermarket Pumps

This role involves traveling extensively to cover Western Canada sales from our Edmonton, Alberta base. You will work independently out of your home office, leveraging your strong technical aptitude and excellent account management skills to generate new business opportunities and penetrate existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in aftermarket API 610 & API 674 pump sales with a strong technical mindset.
  • 3-5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in similar market/customer bases for aftermarket products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or physics.
  • Solid lead research and generation skills, with experience selling to the Oil & Gas or Power Utility industries being highly preferred.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

Your key objectives will include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout the region.
  • Raising the profile of Celeros FT products and services among customers.
  • Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.

Specific Activities

  • Expanding and penetrating existing accounts through targeted sales efforts.
  • Developing new business opportunities and winning back former customers.
  • Prospecting and researching leads, utilizing cold calling techniques.
  • Meeting with senior management contacts at various organizational levels.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a positive company culture. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
