Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Grace International Market. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling procedures.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Grace International Market, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) on a regular basis.
