Job Title: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in promoting our core values and delivering exceptional customer service.

Nature & Scope:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience and building relationships with our clients. The goal is to develop long-term customer loyalty and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Display a customer-centric attitude, ensuring customer loyalty is built and maintained through effective issue resolution and positive interactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Merchandising and Operations: Perform POS transactions, receive shipments, replenish stock, and maintain store visual displays to company standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and benefits to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Store Appearance: Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, adhering to company standards for product presentation, store housekeeping, and visual displays.
  • Loss Prevention: Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures to minimize losses and protect company assets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in apparel, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Retail Operations: Understanding of retail operation concepts, including cash handling, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-starter with good judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
