About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly displayed.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store entrances and exits, and prevent shoplifting and other forms of theft.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 30-35 hours per week.
