Are you a highly skilled physiotherapist looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a physiotherapist program manager at VIRA Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.

About the Role

We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we need someone who shares our vision. As a physiotherapist program manager, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning physiotherapy programs, and maintaining clinical and progress reports.

In this rewarding role, you will also have the opportunity to teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of patients' progress, providing valuable insights for future treatment plans.

What You Will Need
  • A Master's degree in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality records and reporting.
  • The ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Hand-eye coordination and excellent fine motor skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • You will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, requiring strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Your physical capabilities must include the ability to lift, bend, and move patients safely, while maintaining good posture and body positioning.
  • As a physiotherapist program manager, you will spend most of your time standing, sitting, and walking, with occasional periods of manual handling and lifting.

Additional Information
