Physiotherapist - Disability Management Specialist

As a Physiotherapist at WCB Alberta, you will play a significant role in a multi-discipline team setting to enhance the rehabilitation experience and outcomes for our clients.

We are seeking individuals who are interested in delivering leading-edge clinical services, consistently focusing on innovation and creativity in customer service and always treating clients with fairness and respect.

Some of your duties may include providing one-on-one physical therapy treatment and assessment, collaborating with other stakeholders such as surgeons, claim owners, and employers, delivering interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs, completing functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), and services at employer worksites.

We are also seeking individuals who are willing to learn new skills and move between different business areas, including working on specialized program teams such as brain injury, psychological injury, and post-COVID.

You will provide frontline assessment, interventions, and education to our clients. Your ability to work well in an interdisciplinary setting is an asset.

Duties may vary according to the program area.
