Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor compliance controls in facilities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources.
  • Conduct assessments across designated compliance subject matter areas.
  • Deliver on-the-spot compliance training and new associate orientation.
  • Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and trends, and create action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Participate in regulatory visits and manage the hourly associate accident file process.
  • Foster 2-way communication with Store Management and leverage escalation tools to resolve issues.
  • Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member.


Requirements



  • Age – 16 or older
  • Proficiency in French (due to the position being based in Quebec)
