Assurer la sensibilisation à la conformité et à la sécurité en tirant parti des ressources en matière d'éthique et de conformité. « favoriser l'amélioration de la conformité en effectuant des évaluations dans leurs installations dans des domaines de conformité désignés tels que (i) le Code de santé et sécurité/incendie; (ii) l'environnement; (iii) la protection du consommateur; (iv) la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent; (V) la sécurité alimentaire et la lutte contre la vermine; (vi) la confidentialité et l'emploi; (vii) les permis et les permis; (viii) lutte contre la corruption » dispenser la formation sur la conformité sur place à tous les niveaux de l'établissement, y compris la portion conformité de l'orientation des nouveaux associés. Analyser les données pour identifier les lacunes ou les tendances dans l'exécution du programme, déterminer les causes fondamentales et appuyer la création et l'exécution de plans d'action qui atténueront les risques et stimuleront l'exécution de la conformité. Participer aux visites réglementaires (à l'exception des questions liées à la santé et au bien-être et aux ressources humaines), y compris la soumission en ligne et la participation des partenaires appropriés pour la résolution des ordonnances ou des amendes. Exécuter et gérer le processus de dossier d'accident des associés payés à l'heure, y compris la soumission en ligne, les enquêtes sur les accidents, les lettres d'offre modifiées et le suivi jusqu'à la résolution du problème. Favoriser une communication bidirectionnelle avec la direction du magasin qui permet la gestion de l'assiduité, l'exécution des notes de progression et la responsabilisation, au besoin. Aider à la collecte et à la vérification des articles et des documents requis pour les dossiers de réclamation des clients. Soumettre les demandes d'entretien des installations et en assurer le suivi, y compris la gestion des parasites. Utiliser et utiliser les outils de recours hiérarchique pour résoudre les problèmes et les demandes en suspens. Effectuer des inspections et des inspections de sécurité en tant que membre actif de l'équipe de la sécurité. Faire le suivi des mesures à prendre identifiées au moyen des notes et des inspections de l'équipe de la sécurité. ‎
