About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Safe Software. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with existing accounts and warm leads
  • Apply expertise to uncover new opportunities and contribute to proactive outreach efforts
  • Manage and expand the sales pipeline while securing and closing new business deals
  • Work closely with customers as a trusted advisor to understand their unique challenges and goals
  • Manage annual renewals and keep customers informed about features and use cases
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of related sales experience in technology (preferably software or high tech)
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for technology and data inter-connectivity
  • Previous experience in the Government, Education, Transportation, Utilities, or Telecommunications industries is advantageous
