NORTHERN SMOKES is a leading establishment in the culinary industry, and we're looking for a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
- We're seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food and services meet the highest quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and maintain records of sales and wastage.
- This role requires a strong understanding of food safety procedures, as well as the ability to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Degree in Hospitality or a related field (an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience), plus benefits package.
