Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rexel International Projects Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in the Canadian market.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to target high-growth sectors in Canada.
  • Lead a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the electrical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the electrical or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
