Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Sweets & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve their skills
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
