Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at LA PROSCIUTTERIA YEG. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
