Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Fibercomm Communications Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Certifications in technical support or IT service management.
