Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Rcom Communication Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams to ensure seamless operation of our systems and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
