We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Alpha Physio & Rehab Milton. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, cleaning and maintaining equipment, processing files and paperwork, and documenting patient rehabilitation progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • File Management: Process files and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Document patient rehabilitation progress to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, team player, initiative, accuracy, client focus, interpersonal awareness, and judgment.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
