We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Intuit. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Program Design and Implementation
- Collaborate with the Offerings team to design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees.
- Work with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure proper implementation of benefit changes, new offerings, and/or new vendors.
- Benefits Administration and Compliance
- Establish relationships with HR Partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure our benefits delivery meets their needs.
- Function as the subject matter expert on benefit programs; resolve benefit issues, escalations, and close them in a timely manner.
- Vendor Management and Communication
- Build effective vendor management activities, including regular meetings to review service improvement opportunities and member satisfaction results.
- Monitor service-related performance guarantee results and execute service improvement plans when necessary.
- Process Improvement and Automation
- Identify process improvement and/or automation opportunities; effectively manage implementations, execution, and documentation of new processes.
- Set and track project success metrics and document lessons learned.
- Regulatory Compliance and Audit
- Monitor and understand regulation changes that may impact benefit administration process and/or program offerings.
- Work with internal teams, external counsel, and/or vendor partners on benefit administration changes.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee benefits management, with a strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance in Canada, the UK, and Ireland.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits regulations and practices in Canada, the UK, and Ireland.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with and communicating substantial amounts of data findings.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Education and Experience
- 8+ years of benefits program management, administration, and governance.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)) are an asset.
