About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Support Professional to join our team at EXP in Markham, ON. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch support to end-users and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that computer systems and applications are operating efficiently and effectively, resolving technical issues in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our support team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and resolve technical problems, implement solutions, and provide training and guidance to end-users.
About You
- You have a college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience (3 years)
- A+ or ITIL certification would be beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of advanced computer hardware, including PCs and servers
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems
- Strong application support experience with various Microsoft software products
- Familiarity with diagnostic utilities and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
